Job profile- 

Before start the machine we will take the formulation sheet from supervisor.

After taking the formulation we will contact to raw material officer or supervisor for fill raw material in the feeder that are mentioned in the formulation sheet also contact to additive supervisor for fill additive in additive feeder that are mentioned in the 

formulation sheet.

We will Give the machine parameters based on the standard operating system such that temperature.

After gived temperature we will write quantity of material, additive, mineral, and glass fiber in the plc of the machine based on the formulation.

We will choose the die according to soc (standard operating condition).  Before start the machine water of water bath should be leveled for running material and 

Pelletizer & classifier should be start.

We will start the machine and connect the line from Pelletizer.

Ofter test the quality of the material by quality officer start the bpm machine.

We will select the bag according to formulation sheet and print the bag for running grade for packing.  We will put the no of bag on the pallet according the formulation sheet.

If any troubleshooting in the machine we will contact to maintenance department.

We will complete all necessary documents in an accurate and timely manner.

We will understood all safety hazards and follow all safety rules and precautions.

We will maintain a clean & safe area at all time.

Responsible to fulfill the daily set production target consistently
