Shift In-charge paint shop strip assembly Line.  

Overseeing production related tasks including planning control, and trouble shooting for assembly.

Analysis of various in house problems to reduce rework, cost, and increase in productivity.

Planning manpower to meet monthly schedule.

Review production of the day/shift to identity the shortfall reasons and plan correct and preventive action taken.

Daily down time and red bin rejection analysis for better productivity.

Daily monitoring of customer related issues to ensure defect free production on lines.

Implementing production improvement techniques on shop floor.

Ensuring hygienic safety adherence in working with 5S systems.

Maintaining core QA docs [KAIZEN, OPL, POKA-YOKE,TPM, Calibration Certificates of All Instrument & Equipment, Drawing of Part &BOP]

Assisting in customer handling.

To maintain the Quality Standards during process.

Maintain the house keeping in Shop floor.
