Inspecting and testing of product, equipment, processes, and products to ensure quality specification are met. Continue Monitoring & analyzing online product. Maintain daily Production Report. Maintain all quality documents I.e incoming Raw material, incoming packaging materials inspection report. Developing and implementing quality control systems. Ensuring that workflows, processes, and products comply with safety regulations. Investigating and troubleshooting product or production issues and Developing corrective actions, solutions, and improvements by Root cause Analysis and 7Qc tools.
