Job Profile- 

Controlling over product quality to ensure that the Customer?s requirements As per given approved specification.  Handling floor activities, managing and reviewing of Process/Product activities and responsible for pre-dispatch QC.

Preparation of Quality New Format, Handling Shifts Systems and Product audits.non conforming Analysis reports.

Analysis and testing incoming raw material, packing material.

Perform Functional Testing, dimensional analysis, and defective product evolution for determination of Root Cause and Validation of corrective Action.

Maintain Record of raw material, finish product specification and customer specification copies and ensure system to meet their standard.

Set internal Audit procedure and schedules.

Team Lead in Customer and External Audit.

Customer Complaint Handling.

Author and /or Review Product Specification, Quality Standard . 

Assure maintenance of plant housekeeping and Good Manufacturing practices (GMP) to all internal and customer standards.

Preparing Test Certificates .(COA )

BRC AND ISO Related Document Preparation.

Trainee conduct to every 3rd week of every month.

Assure a safe working environment for all employer targeting a zero ?accident incident rate.
