Coordinates with the previous shift In-charge on orders, problems, work schedules and housekeeping.

Inform to technicians of any changes in production occurring throughout the shift. 

Supports activities and tasks required for efficient changeovers on the lines.

Assists with troubleshooting problems on production lines.

Coordinates with shift maintenance to repair and maintenance of all equipment utilized in the manufacturing process.

Ensures that a product produced meets quality specifications.

Maintains effective employee relations and positive working relationships with personnel in supporting departments. 

Ensures that safety at work place.

Making and updating daily production report. studying and analyzing the daily reports.

Downtime and wastage analysis.
