For Drip, Sewerage, Effluent treatment, Irrigation, Gas, Ofc etc. 

Y Blow Molding Section (20 Lit - 200 lit). for chemicals storages. 

Y Injection Molding Section Blow molded auxiliary & irragational pipe fitting. 

Y Co-extruated Blow Film Plant for LD/LLDPE Film. 

Y Blow film bag making section for ld bags. 

Y HDPE pipe fitting and fabrication section. 

Y Reprocess grannule plant. 

Major Responsibilities - 

 Daily and monthly raw material planning and procurement mainly for pipe and blow  molding section. 

 Daily production planning of pipe and BM articles. 

 Looking towards tool room activities for pipe die settings. 

 Increasing production rates whenever possible without sacrificing quality. 

 Keeping quality checks during and after process and taking decision for nonconforming.  Products for shifting and grinding with close co-ordanation with quality control deptt. 

 Proper Utilisation of reprocessed grannules and reground material during process. 

 Keeping close co-ordanation with maintenance department stores, marketing qc. for  effective working. 

 BM Jc Barrel screen printing is an additional responsibility. 



Engineer in Production line

Worked with  Bhor Industries LTD. Mumbai, leading manufacture of PVC synthetic Leather cloth and electrical insulation PVC tape. 

Major responsibilities. 

 Daily production planning. 

 Trouble shooting and remedies of process. 

 Quality checks of product during & after process. 

 Proper and effective utilisation of man & machine?s capabilities. 



Project Sites :

i) Work as - Site Enggn (Project) a NOCIL Project site, Atul Chemicals Ltd. Walsad (Gujarat) for sinking 4 km 630 mm dia. HDPE. Water Treatment Plant disposal pipe line in Walsad Crack. 

ii) Work as - Site Enggn (Project) At Khankhadi Lift irrigation scheme Neemach (Dist.) MP 

NOCIL & Dewas Udyog joint project for lifting water and under ground distribution network of HDPE Pipe line in 166 Hac. of Land.
