Production Shift in charge

With an ISO 9001:2001 certified multinational organization with diversified range of products viz; drip & sprinkler irrigation systems and components, PVC, PE, and PP piping systems, PVC & PC sheeting, green houses, bio-fertilizers, solar water heating systems, photovoltaic appliances etc. 

Product Specialized: UPVC pressure pipes, casing pipes and SWR pipes 

Job profile

Execute production operation and control overall shift operation of 19 Austrian Cincinnati and Theysohn Extrusion-lines with combined capacity of 87 MT a shift. 

Allocate work & guide supervisor and operators to ensure efficiency in operations and meeting of individual & group targets. 

Achieve quality targets set on product (ISI, ISO stand.) by continuous monitoring of raw material compounding, process and process parameters. 

Increase productivity, reduce energy consumption, rejection & average weight deviation minimization below 5% & 2.25% respectively by effective management of machinery and manpower. 

Co-ordinate with interfacing departments electrical /mechanical maintenance and Quality assurance department for efficient utilisation of plant resources. 

Prepare daily production reports and appraises the performance of immediate subordinates.
