Job Profile- 

Responsible for all production related activity like achieving daily targets reducing rejection, increasing work efficiency, maintain record of daily production.

To maintain the production sheet.

Increase production, manpower handling.

Co-Ordinates with tool room & Q.C.  

To maintain the quality during manufacturing.

To approve the first part.

Check all the process control for production, to removed troubling on process.

Production relative data maintain.

Trial of new mold. To make standard parameter for m/c setting &set m/c under parameter.

Using strong command on plastics processing, controls the rejection & fast trouble shooting.

5S, related activity on daily basis.

Provide proper training to operators about trouble shooting.

Haitian 700-ton, 450 ton. 910 ton, 1400ton, 2500ton

Toshiba 850 

Mold change. 

PP, PC, ABS, LDPE, HDPE, PA, PBT, PMMA
