Job profile  -

Core responsibility to take forward the product design requirements from the 

customers and make feasible to convert it into the actual product. 

Coordination & timely follow-ups with vendors from the development stage to the 

validation of the product, Followed by the process of product design review, Mold 

design review, Post trial review, Mold qualification and Product validation. 

Coordinate with Design team to make drawing based on the customer 

requirements. 

Coordinate with Tool makers for the quotations of the mold, Negotiation and 

finalization. 

Request mold maker to make mold design considering Techno-commercial 

Aspects of cavitation and mold type, Review it and get it approved. 

Take care lead time of mold manufacturing, Conduct trial at the mold maker end 

for mold validation. 

Take mold to premises and conduct the trial by coordination with the production 

team and quality team. 

Submit the samples to the customer, Get it approved and Mold handover to tool 

room. 

Coordination with mold maker for repairing/maintenance of the mold before 

qualification. 

Coordinate with vendor for mold spare parts, Auxiliaries development.
