Job profile -

Responsible for Maintenance and supervision of BRUCKNER make BOPP film line, Extrusion and coating line, Primary and secondary slitter of ATLAS, TITAN, Shim Chang Make CPP line, Recycling machine of NGR, HERBOLD and EREMA.

Condition Base Monitoring of all equipment, Trouble shooting of Automatic Raw material feeding system problems and packaging machines.

Responsible for planning, preparing and implementation of Preventive and Predictive maintenance. Prepare and manage shut down activities.

Breakdown maintenance & analysis and increase production efficiency.

Maintaining Spares Inventory to attend breakdown problems, responsible for Indent & issue of materials through SAP system.

Responsible for Utility operations and maintenance of Chillers (750 TR Kirloskar), Compressor (600 CFM Ingersoll Rand), Thermic fluid heater (35 TFH), Pumps, Cooling tower, Air handling units, piping work and its maintenance.
