Job profile - 

Overall responsibilities for the Production operations with regard to decision making and problem solving.

Performing and follow up with maintenance department regarding maintenance issues.

Analysis Formulations of CPVC compounds for Pipes & Fittings. Coordinate with plant manager doing BIS inspections.

Carryout monthly closing activities like production data, rejections, manpower cost, machine running hours & efficiency and cost savings etc....

Daily,weekly,and monthly review the complain recheck lists for machine operators and shift supervisors.

Provide training to shift supervisors and machine operators up date and maintain production procedures and international quality standards required by production department.

Approving the production quantity as per quality standards or not by checking up with quality team reports. (Line inspectors and testing inspectors)

Handling and calibrations thelab equipment?s. Random audit for FG stocks.

Prepare indent for Raw materials, Consumables and follow up with purchase department.

Liaise with Factory manager and Management on production related issues.

Product testing, pre dispatch inspecting and reporting.
