Job profile -

Plan and organize the entire department of final QC. 

Handling manpower. 

Able to read engineering drawing. 

Handling customer complaints and keep proper data in system. 

Coordinate with the sales & production team for all order to ensure accurate & timely dispatch. 

Analyses in house & customer rejections & take corrective & preventive action on it. 

Carry out the final inspection of products & prepare inspection reports for the same. 

Making different types of documents like Pr-Dispatch inspection report, Final inspection report, Quality plan, Work 

instruction, 8D report etc. 

Analyze result & decide the acceptance level of the final product. 

Monthly monitoring the quality rating defect analysis, PPM & review the supplier problems. 

Maintain calibrated instruments & its reports. 

Ensure that all products are processed as per specified quality parameters. 

Maintain stock records of finish goods. 

Supervising the complete packaging procedure from packaging to till dispatch. 

Use E.R.P for outward quality function.
