Preparing monthly Production plan and circulation and monitoring for achieving

The set targets to meet the customer need 

Monitoring of daily dispatch activity and maintaining MIS Report

Handling Outbound Logistics & maintaining Freight Matrix as per Guidelines

Review of stock at different stages and plant level inventories, warehouse inventories and minimize WIP materials

Entry of daily production details, rejection details & Forgings availability in system

Determining Manpower, equipment and raw materials needed to cover production demand

Closely visualize the cycle time of CNC machine & working on reducing the cycle time 

Co-ordination with transporter and placing the vehicle for on time delivery

Ensuring 3.5 days FG stocks at customer end with almost 90% delivery performance

Monitor Warehouse dispatch plan v/s actual to avoid premium freight

Monitoring daily production Plan V/s Actual and highlight to top management, if any issue

Ensure generation of Invoice for every dispatch & GRN of received material through SAP
