Inspected approximately 100-150 products per day according to quality control standard.  Control of quality document and quality record

Inspecting and testing (Wall Thickness) the products at various stages in the production process.  

Establishing testing procedures to determine a product's dimensions and characteristics.  

Performing testing on the materials (MFI, ESCR, Compatibility Test), parts, finished products to measure product performance under a variety of conditions.  

Reducing complain at customers end by controlling the quality during production with effective feedback & closure systems. 

Preparing and maintaining quality assurance document and monitoring the implementation of the same.  Setting up QA laboratory as per requirement

Assisting QA In-charge in internal audits, preparing audit reports and follow up for CAPA.  

Assisting QA In-Charge in Management review meeting and solving the issues related to Quality Assurance.  Responsible for implementation of all QA procedures in site.  Inspection of site activities (Drop test, Pressure Tightening Test, Closure Leakage& Vibration test etc.).  

Issuing Internal NCRs for Site team on record of abortive works and follow-up for Corrective action and preventive action (CAR, PAR) for immediate closure.  

Calibration of all Quality related apparatus and instruments.  

Preparing Quality related documents such as NCR Summary, CSR summary, Audit calendars, MRM, Audit schedule, as per QMS according to ISO 9001:2015.  

Follow and maintain Company standards of Quality in accordance with Company Quality System requirements.
