High pressure die casting defects analyses and inspection

To give training to concerned persons to avoid re-occurrences of non-conformance found during in process, PDI, and at customer end.

Conduct Poka-yoke in all stages of operation to achieve quality excellence.

Conduct Kaizen activities at shop floor.

Product wise, First Part Approval (FPA) activity in accordance with Customer sample
