Job profile - 

Working as Associate Manager-Production to perform all Pipes production, planning, Processing, and managing all activities of Pipes and Fittings.

10+ years experience in Extrusion in CPVC and PVC pipes.

For CPVC Pipes both Ready made compound and own formulations for CPVC pipes.

Selection of Extrudes, Dies, mandrels, IMD Moulds and Trials to full fill quality standards and exceeds quality of compactors products range

Well experience in Kabra, Tyson, Windsor, And American maplan in operations and maintenance.

Machine and mold selection, Erection and trials

Raw material selection and monthly planning 

Inventory control in both raw material and finished goods

Different formulas in both extrusion and injection mounding to meet quality standards

Good hands on Lab to performing quality as per BIS and ASTM Standards in both pipes and fittings 

Manage inspection from BIS officials and ISO audits 

Monthly input and output calculations for efficient raw material planning and control 

Monthly planning of Raw materials, packing items, engineering spares, Stationary and Consumables

Manage daily dispatches as per market requirements and co ordination with sales team 

Control of Customers complaints and corrective actions 

Manage team for complete production plan within the planned period 

Production planning in both Extrusion and Injunction molding

Control of preventive and break down maintenance to reduce down time 

Trouble shooting in extrusion for processing and maintenance
