Handling Indian (Steer) Made Extruders Omega40, Alfa 40, Zl:40

Berstorff & OMEGA30 with twin screw system and volumetric feeding system (Schenck feeder).

Controlling the Rejections at various stages of production.

Co-ordination with otlher functional departments like Quality Co1ntrol, R&D & Stores for smooth Production.

Proc, essing and mixing knowledge of all type of master batches like color, filler, additive 

master batches.

Technical knowledge of start-up operations, maintenance, and/or testing including the development of commissioning and start-up manuals and associated method statements.

Basic knowledge of maintenance & electrical.

Basic knowledge of Kaizen, 55 and LSS.
