Job profile -

Prepare part validation & tool manufacturing inspection report of new mould.

Conduct trial & maintain trial record of new mould.

Assist in development & improvement of current & new tooling sources.

Working closly with production coordinator, technician & tool maker to develop and troubleshot production tool and processes by record collected at the time of trial.

Review of NC dimensions ,functional & aesthetic issues of part & tool with Customer as well as Project Manager.

Prepare complete analysis report for customers.  Strong knowledge of tooling approval process, polymer materials & injection 

moulding process.

Followed project from beginning to the end of manufacturing processes to ensure there were no conflicts.
