Single stage PET Blowing machines  PET blowing machine of ASB 70DPH V3, V4 and ASB 50MB machines. 

Two stage PET Blowing machine 2 stage machines of SIDEL SR-2/4-N, Chumpower CS6000E-II, S S PET and SuyashPET.

Injection Molding Machines  Injection  machines of Ferromatic, Windsor, Supermac, JIT, Fanuc and Hind.

EBM Machines  EBM machines of Uniloy, Meper and CMP make.

IBM Machines  IBM machines of Victor series.



Job profile  -

Hands on experience of Maintenance of Plastic machines of ISBM, IMM, EBM and IBM with its accessories.

Implementation of Preventive and Autonomous Maintenance of machines and accessories as per schedule.

Handled troubleshooting and maintenance support to all production equipment in a multi skill technician capacity.

Good knowledge about Hydraulic and Electrical circuits.

Proactively identifying areas of obstruction/breakdowns and taking steps to rectify the equipments through application of trouble shooting techniques to improve OEE.

Project handling for the new Machine & Accessories Installation.

Practiced 5S and KAIZEN to enhance operation performance as well as      shop floor & M/c upkeep.
