Making the required standard quality documents, reviewing and ensure to

implement in the QC lab.

Knowledge of Printing & decoration defects, polymer properties, manufacturing defects etc.

Basis coordination with all the QA personals for quality system implementation

Handle root cause and take corrective action.

Good knowledge of QA documentation and implementations.

Good knowledge of Raw Materials, Packaging Materials and Finished Products testing.

Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practise, Good Laboratory Practise.

Develop and standardize new systems, equipments and monitoring systems for

Quality at mfg. unit.

Monitoring of all RM / FG quality Parameters.
