Job Profile-

Carried out All the Required Product test in Q.C Lab according to procedure.   

ISO Documentation & ISO Internal audit.                        

Failure product analysis.

Ensuring the process parameter setting by achieving the quality product  according to Specification.

Handle Customer complaints and Analysis the complain root cause & make CAPA Report.

Analyses the complaint root causes (RCA) and makes field service report.

Data about Plant & customer Rejection. 

Control the online rejection on production floor.                                                                                                                                    

Inspection the pre dispatch Product.                                                                                                                  

Validation for Incoming Raw material test before using in Production.

Establishing and effectively implementing of quality management system .

Approval of Plastics raw material, Master batch test, packing items like Boxes, Polybag, Clamps etc.  

MFI Test as per ASTMD-1238 for raw material, E.S.C.R Test as per ASTMD 1693 for blow moulded product.
