Looking after Overall Mould maintenance in Moulding Shop and leading theTool Room activity.

Development of jig fixtures as per quality moulding

Modify the mould as per customer requirement and making improvement &kaizen activities in shop floor.

Analyze the mould breakdown and defect rate and taking the corrective/preventive action to reduce it. Over viewing the mould performance and preparing the preventive maintenance schedule to minimizing the uncertain mould breakdown. 

Taking measures for maximum utilization Tool room machine.    

Checking the mould running performance making the list of maintenance requirement and conducting it before next loading to improve the product quality, productivity and minimizing the rejection ,Preparing mould spare list and availing the same with local market before any major break down.

Conducting all out source maintenance work at nearest local market to avoid the time loss.
