Preparing & implementing plans for manufacturing of products, machine allocation and maintaining MIS and other reports for facilitating decision making by the management..

Managing production planning and operations at plant with a view to ensure timely accomplishment of production targets within the time and cost parameters.

Successfully handling overall management of production operations.

Tracking daily production & consumption of raw material, coordinating with buyers for raw material procurement based on consumption. 

More than 30% increase in productivity through Cycle time optimization and re engineering of moulds.

Taking care for commercial and technical problem with customer for suitable and satisfactory result.

Procuring and allocating resources (machinery, raw material) to achieve production and product, manpower, delivery targets within specified time frame.
