Knowledge of properties and behavior of plastic materials like Commodity polymer (PP, LDPE, HDPE) etc.

Knowledge of SOP, Specifications & STP accordingly to customers. 

Testing of all products as obey to production program as per customer requirements. 

Maintain the Quality of products.

Inspection of finished products.

Handling of customer complaints. 

Proper training provide QC and production manpower according to defects sample. 

Check daily dimensions. 

Responsible mold validation and MCA&PCA run.
