Injection molding machines

Guiding juniors about Mold PM Plan, Breakdown Root Cause 

Analysis, 2d, 3d drawings and also about mold assembly and mold related problems.

Here I worked on projects like escalator pedal, automotive lenses and mirrors and different parts. 

Hot Runner Maintenance

Worked on Injection Molds like Impeller, Different types of connectors, levers, 2k Pillar, End plate, Door seal & Stack type Molds(connectors) etc

Worked on Gear lifters, Sprung Side Cores, collapsible core mechanism molds.

Have an ability to solve online injection molding problems while taking Trails.

Interacting with teams like design, quality, CAM and EDM departments to give ideas and also to take ideas to produce good articles.
