Battery, Gauge Oil Level etc.

Responsibilities:

Good knowledge of preparation of work instruction & check sheet.  Conduct meeting for internal quality issue.

Maintain the all-file work related to quality.

To lay down quality plans for final inspection.  Monitoring the internally PPM.

Rejection monitoring & reporting to manager and top management.

Identify root cause and instigate corrective action & preventive action for product quality issue.

Provide training to new inspector.

Perform root cause analysis and resolve problems. 

Ensure the defective material not processing at other stage.

Handling Final inspection, PDI inspection, & manpower.  Responsible for sign. of master sample part up to date.

Preparation and implementation of inspection standard and self inspection sheets. 

Maintain and Promote 5S, KIZEN and FIFO on shop floor.
