Job Profile- 

To check and approving all dimensions as per standard for FOA (first of approval) at uPVC profiles.

Supervised And managing Quality Control Team members.

Customer end rejection monitoring and root cause analysis and presenting the same to customer.

Ensure control plans and associated documentation are implemented effectively and maintained.

To check the uPVC profiles lab testing for Impact strength, tensile strength and elongation, heat aging ,reversion test, Dicloromethene etc.

Testing of uPVC Profiles as per standards. example EN 12608 and ASTM standards.

Also three months once all lab testing conducted on CIPET lab chennai.

To handle Photo spectrometer (X-rite) Color checker machine. To ensure L,A,B color value reading half-hour once.

To follow non conformity (NC ) report for Out of spec and rejection products.

Maintain the All instruments Calibration report.

Ensure compliance and assist with adherence to the Quality Management system (ISO 9001:2015).

Assist Quality manager in establishing, implementing and maintaining the quality management system

Analyzing Daily/weekly & monthly rejections using various problem-solving techniques.

To follow extrusion inspection report as per iso documentation.
