Machine wise seven days production planning with Cross functional team

Daily review of Plan Vs Actual, rejection, 4M utilization and consumption of raw material through SAP

Man power allocation as per plan and utilization

Coordination with concern departments like as Tool Room, Maintenance and Quality for Tool, Machine and calibration of instruments

New moulds trial and validate the process parameter for the production.

Working as a trainer, Provide training to all DET, GET, operators, line leader and all associate work on shop floor, on basic injection moulding Process through manual

Leading VAVE activities like raw material recycling, raw material alternate sourcing, cycle time reduction and low cost automation on semi auto machine

Monthly basis inventory gap analysis SAP Vs physical quantity

Involvement in all new products & improvements in existing products to meet quality, cost & delivery targets

Training manpower regarding production & quality consciousness

Maintain all production, rejection & scrap data banks & entry in the SAP software        

Well familiar working with ERP & SAP software

Handling Injection Molding Machine for process and Robot setting with process and machine troubleshooting with auxiliary equipment (HRTC, MTC, Dehumidifier, Chiller etc.) , Assembly line setup
