Handling Indian (STEER) made extrudes OMEGA40, ALFA 40, Zl:40 BERSTORFF & OMEGA30 with twin screw system and volumetric feeding system (Schenck feeder). Controlling the Rejections at various stages of production.

Co-ordination with other functional departments like Quality Co1ntrol, R&D & Stores for smooth Production.

Processing and mixing knowledge of all type of master batches like color, filler, additive master batches.

Technical knowledge of start-up operations, maintenance, and/or testing including the development of commissioning and start-up manuals and associated method statements.

Basic knowledge of maintenance & electrical.
