Job profile - 

Responsible for the design, implementation and sustainability of manufacturing processes, with a focus on ensuring proper manufactur ability is built into product and process designs

Researches, plans, targets and controls reductions in costs of operations. Achieves yearly financial objectives. Prepares, controls and forecasts departmental budget 

Solve quality issues through an understanding of first principles, experimental design and the use of analytical equipment

Provides facilitation and technical leadership in the generation of project technical content, including specifications, studies, and reports

Operate & Solve complex technical problems related to PET PREFORM MOLDING and tooling

Apply engineering principles and practices and use advanced engineering techniques. Modify and extend theories, concepts and practices

Perform mold changes and sampling runs according to molding schedule

Promote and maintain an atmosphere of cooperation among and between shifts, tool room, quality control, and management to facilitate production goals

Prepared daily reports concerning inmate activity and security for upper management

Establishes a baseline that monitors overall plant performance. 

Manages plant performance improvements based on Key 

Performance Indicator (KPI) measurements
