Daily checking the work as per WSQC.

Verify the First, Middle, Last pieces Record.

Verify JH Check Sheet, Pokayoka Check Sheet and Record the Defective Product.

Weekly attending Management Committee Meeting & giving production related presentations

Member of Cross Functional Team for rejection control & Implementation of new pokayoke  after analysis.  

Daily Quality problems follow up taking & freezing countermeasures.

Heading daily production meeting with all concerned deptt.

Daily Production planning with w.r.t. PPC.

To Improve line efficiency & O.E.E.

Tools & Spare Parts Planning.

Monitoring & Presentation of companys monthly module line efficiency, 5-S, Kaizen, O.E.E., Quality maintenance, Jishu Hozen.

Reduce PPM Level by using 7QC Tools.
