Job profile  -

Responsible for entire molding Ensure mold, machine & man safety in day to day working. Implementing overall production operations with a view to ensure accomplishments of production targets within the time and cost parameters. Maintain shop floor for any type of visit. Overall shift-wise co-ordination & functioning of production of all quality products as per plan Carry out time to time on job training as per requirement & system. Good knowledge of shop floor management, productivity improvement initiatives and Quality systems. Ensuring adherence to quality parameters to avoid wastage, rejection, time and money Overseeing the daily production planning & setting the targets as per plan and manpower planning with respect to production schedule. Coordinating various initiatives of Manufacturing Excellence and monitoring actual implementation of improvements and ensuring that it is foolproof. Trail and setup of mould, machine and materials. Customer complaint Handling. Implementing stringent systems to enhance quality of products & ensure compliance with statutory quality, environment, health & safety standards. Strategic Planning: Developing new process concepts for production optimization and develop guidelines for the sequencing of manufacturing activities on the shop floor. Team Management: Carrying out performance reviews of shift Engineer/supervisors/ workmen & providing feedback on areas of improvements.
