Department Budget Planning & execution ? Plan and execution for spare consumption in molds, Dies & Tooling Accessories.

New Mould & Die Design interface and development & trials feed backs to Vendors for problems that occurring and repeated breakdown in existing Moulds during processing and correcting at the time of vendor trials.

Kaizen Leader- Working on opportunities of improvement regarding cost saving, ease of process, quality of product etc. in production/tool room/ Extrusion departments.

NPD ? supporting to new development by assessment of product demands and market requirements & developing new proto-type parts etc.

Daily Production Planning as per sales requirement.

Planning & Review for AM/PM, major maintenance of mould & Extrusion Dies.

Breakdown & rejection Analysis & control within given limits from management.

Safety & 5 S Management- ?implementation of safety standards in mold maintenance tool room area & Weekly, monthly 6S review

Vendor Development- Negotiation for the technical terms to develop local vendor for Tool room & Mould & dies Maintenance related works.
