Job profile  -

Responsible for lead Quality engineering activities for Manufacturing ,Incoming and Shipping

product to ensure higher level of process and product quality and coordinate with customer to get approval for new and trial component and short out quality issues.

Conducting MQR and approval of New Product.

Preparing New product inspection report to get customer approval.

Preparing and monitoring of Control plan.

Preparing FMEA, HIRA & RISK ASSESSMENT.

Monitoring the internal rejection and controlling through route cause analysis (fish bone diagram/why why analysis).

Critical dimension and fitment checking and reporting to QA manager for all running component.

Coordinate with production Department to short out quality issues and reducing huge rejection in the line.

Communicate with 3 shift online QC to address the line issues and Sort out the problem.

First short, last short and observation report.
