Job profile  -

New product development with Novel polymer compounding.  

Development of polyolefin with proper formulation & suitable additives.  

Handling problems in Packaging film extrusion.  

Field validation of Pilot & Prototype Samples.  

Plastic films testing and new testing arrangements.  

Troubleshooting in Extrusion line, Compounding & Molding. Responsible for Quality control of the Product.  

Production planning as per PPC and Production manager according to machines output and capacity.  

According to SOP instructed the operators to setting machines profile Responsible for arranging the Raw materials, input and output calculation, and keeping and maintaining the production records.  Preparing corrective action and preventive action (CA & PA).  

Inspection of final product.  

Analyzing the quality report and testing values to find out the problem. 

And keeping qc records.  Involved in projects like 5s, KHO, QCC, CFT.
