Gradually more and more responsibility was given to me and with in a span of four years I was given the total charge of all the five units. Recently, the company has given me an additional charge of an upcoming project, whose annual turn over is expected to be around Rs.200 Crores per annum. 



Self employed 1994 to 1999 

In this period, I was running my own manufacturing unit of plastic granules in Delhi. 



Worked with  D S Group (Noida) from 1991 to 1994 

Worked as Assistant Production Manager in Gutkha Division - Looking after the complete shift activities involving a work force around 150 employees. Out of the three shifts, my shift was producing highest quantity and quality of production. 



Worked with Gopal Zarda Udyog (Delhi) from 1988 to 1991 as Assistant Production Manager, successfully handling a work force of 25 workers.
