Responsible for planning production activities, daily production& achieving monthly production targets, implementing and maintaining quality systems.

Responsible for strategic direction, and coordination for all manufacturing activities including dispatch ,production,  inventory control, design and process engineering.

Ensuring all processes and products are in compliance with internal and external specifications and meet regulatory requirements and customer expectations

Machine maintenance schedules & their adherences.

Handle day-to-day production issues Implementing project schedules and plan

Responsible for achievement of sales and operation plan.

Rejection monitoring and rejection analysis in order to achieve minimum rejection level to improve productivity, quality and to reduce rework cost/

Handling Lean Manufacturing, SMED, Productivity & Quality Improvements Kaizen ,Poka-yoke ,OPL.

Coordinate with vendors for reduce cost, ensure continuity of supply, improve quality, reduce lead times, etc.

Execute operational programs for manufacturing consistent with organization goals and strategies (KPI).
