Job profile  -

Design & development of jigs & fixture new development products.

Design punching, Riveting & dimple die and understand the problem and solve issue of production. 

Visit vendees to get job done, able to effectively communicate venders.

Design jig & fixture, die parts & machine parts.

Preparation fist trail inspection report such as plastic moulding, sheet metal, casting part..ect.

Should process basic knowledge of die casting die.  Work with production dept. for product assemble setup problem, 

including troubleshooting product assemble problem.  Maintain Tool history card and TCRN Record, For tool maintenance and repair.
