 This is a green field project so had a additional activities like co-ordinating in project, Schedule preparation, project status presentation etc.

Changed the material of flexible pipe from Nylon 12 to metal pipe. 

Commonised use of certain studs, which is easy to handle. 

Reduced the usage of Carton boxes and plastic covers by introducing recycle bins at the suppliers end. 

Fabricated test-beds with two flywheel for easy setting change of engines Implemented production cycle time reduced. 

Fabrication of pallets in conveyor for loading all types of engines. 

Implemented FIFO (First in First Out) system for all types of engines, thereby delivering the engine in time to customers.
