D.G. set operating &Maintaining all check sheet & A & B check of DG set (100KVA ,500 KVA ,400 KVA 320 kVA).

Equipment of EOT crane. their Preventive and Overall preventive maintenance work.

Daily monitoring of Power switch board check, Water, Diesel & chemical Consumption of Plant etc.

Daily review all check sheets of KWH, power factor, voltage, current, frequency and load of company.

Preparation of Annual Preventive Plan and timely Execution of them.

Successfully Preventive of 500 CFM  Air Compressor.

Reduce the Breakdown time.

Reduced   the Spare Part cost 25% By Keeping record & Analysis on their Failure.

Record Preparation & Implementation of them in the departments.

Daily basis wire dressing check.

Plan, develop, and provide leadership for electrical processes with in the plant
