Testing of plastic Masterbatch like melt flow index, Density, Bulk Density, Ash content, Moisture content, and FPV testing

Testing of pigment polymer and other raw material, calcium, carbon, TiO2 etc.

Working on following  machines like-

Two row mill, Injection moulding, Blow film machine, Thread Extrusion Machine and colour cabinet machine, Hot air oven

Preparing planning according to machines for the production department.

Calculating The price of develop master batch.
