Planning, Management of Materials, Maintaining of Data Logs with complete history of 

performance, overhaul failures & diagnosis of defects, carrying out remedial solution to maintain

health of machinery& man power deployments.

Spare parts management with minimum inventory.

Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, annually maintenance plans for M/C and Related utilities.

Cost effective operation with high level of productivity by increasing the equipment reliability. 

Planning and execution of shutdown activities.
