Job profile  -

Preparation and approval of production part approval process (PPAP) document to establish process and product control at supplier end and our end.

Familiar with statistical process control (SPC), Measurement System analysis (MSA), Kiezen.

Development/revision of Process Flow Diagram, Control Plan, FMEA facilitating problem solving activities with limited information and data. 

Responsible for recommending improvements to ensure that quality performance standard are being met.

Calibration of all In-house checking instruments, all gauges and receipt inspection part checking fixtures team member for continual improvement.

Elimination of operator mistakes/error by providing Full proofing / POKAYOKE in the fixtures and dies.

Reduction in customer PPM and Internal PPM by using Q.C tools like Pareto analysis, Cause effect diagram, control chart etc.
