Attend the Internal & External (Vender End & Customer End) Trial & inspection done.

Ensure Manufacturing & part feasibility & analysis of requirements for new project.

ECN implementation of product.

Communication & interaction with customer & suppliers for product developments.

RFQ preparation for new programs.

Documentation regarding new program s considering APQP/ PPAP & process documents.

Checking fixture development as per customer standard & Jig & checking fixture should be ready before T0 Trial. 

Visit at Customer & Supplier end for resolving Quality Issues if required.

Implementation of ISO 9001-20215 Quality Management System in the plant as internal auditor. 

To Plan & Impart training to the newly joined trainees within department for Q. A. activities

Handling customer complaint & maintain the record.

Part joint inspection with customers.

Mould Pre-dispatch checking as per customer STD.

Mould design review and Quality review with Design department.
