Coordination of Customer Audit & Visits and close observation as per their requirements. 

Preparation and follow-up for master check sheets and documents for new product development 

Effective and accurate communication for the projects information to the customer (Internal and External) as well as the project team. 

Guided and driven them by identifying improvement areas and subsequently designing and monitoring along with the implementation of corrective plans to ensure compliance to various systems

Preparation of APQP files for new products and gate wise follow up for the same regularly. 

Monthly preparation of MIS Report and cycle time of various functional activities and intimation of the same to the management.

Concept sample development & improvement of new products for testing & vehicle fitment.

Demonstration of Problem-Solving Skills in Line Trial, Kaizen Suggestion & Poka Yoke activities. 

Documentation as per NPD Requirements in the form of CAPA, PPT, RGP, NRGP, Project File, MOM, Audit File, Etc.
