Overall responsible for plant Quality as Head of Department.  Handling the Quality team having 8 quality engineers.  Active involvement in NPD projects, for NPD parts inspections & DVP Testing, conduct 

trials. Interact with supplier for part quality improvements, drive ECN process.

Timely visit at suppliers for conducting Supplier Process & Product Audit as per planned 

schedule, incidence based audits.  Knowledge of MSA, SPC for controlling the process.

Taking Process audit & Product Audit on the basis of PFD, FMEA and Control Plan.  In-house quality circle activity like selecting problem root cause analysis, developing
