Job profile  -

New Product Development / Product improvement in PVC Heat Stabilizer (Lead based OPS and Calcium 

Zinc OPS) for all types of PVC applications like PVC pipes, PVC wires and cables, PVC Window Profile, 

PVC foam board, PVC Fittings, PVC shoe compounds, PVC Laminates, PVC tubing, PVC films, etc. 

Detail analysis (Chemical and application testing) of Competitor Stabilizer and recommend equivalent stabilizer grade to sales and marketing team for different applications. 

Detail analysis (Chemical and application testing) of raw materials (For e.g. Co-stabilizer, Lubricants 

Fillers, Pigments, Impact modifiers, Processing aids, etc. for new vendor development. 

Test method development for decoding stabilizer composition by chemical and analytical instruments. 

Implementation and optimization of stabilizer manufacturing process in plant. 

Provide Technical support/ Technical presentation/ Technical training of new products developed to marketing team/distributers for new business development. 

Conduct trials of new products developed at customer site on extrusion, injection molding machineries. 

Conduct literature survey on new stabilizer technology present in market.
