Job profile  -

To conduct feasibility for new Products.

Visit Vendors for Mould Audits

To lead the Tool Room team in the new development of plastic, rubber injection moulds, maintenance of 

production moulds and spares. General management of entire plant of Tool Room and Production.

Design finalization with Mould maker, Mould cost Negotiation.  To prepare cost calculation for new Product development & tooling cost.

To co ordinate with customer for development related activity.

To give time line chart to customer for development ( proto + multi cavity )

To do the Project Monitoring of timeline to agreed Product Launch date as per APQP

Works with management to evaluate cost improvement project, improved mfg techniques& automation 

5S ,Kaizen & Cost reduction management.

Implementing new die design concepts for improvement in yield, cycle time, quality & tool life. 

To finalize bill of material for new mold.

To assist & guide subordinate staff for their activity.

To monitor new (proto + Multi cavity) mold trail.

To guide preventive & breakdown mold maintenance.

Monitoring of tool rectification activities.

Monitoring of jigs & fixture design activity to increase the productivity.

Monitoring offloading tool room job work.
