Job profile - Production Planning & Control: Understand customer requirements and convert it into daily, weekly, monthly and annual Plans. Adjust plans wherever there are deviations, monitor work in progress, ensure adequate stocks of finished goods/ raw material and smooth flow of components. Develop all necessary policies and procedures to ensure that the Plant, equipment and the resources are effectively utilized. Ensure maximum production efficiency and quality targets are achieved as per plan. Production Monitoring: Supervise production of Parts, Quality and in adequate numbers according to demand by customers, organize production in shifts, identify and resolve all bottlenecks which need improvement, stabilize production flows in order to meet customer demand in terms of quality, cost and delivery. People Management: Build a team, set targets and support the team in achieving targets, ensure discipline of workforce and compliance of all safety norms in order to have a motivated workforce and maximize productivity. Manufacturing Engineering: Supervise design, maintenance and upkeep of tools, develop and implement Capex plans, identify specifications and commission new equipment in order to facilitate smooth running of production process. Vendor Development: Improvement in supplier performance and capabilities to meet our organizations need. Development and improvement (upgrading) of old vendors with new Vendors.
