Job profile  -

Colour matching both by visually and by using computer ( Xrite Spectrophotometer- Data Color) 

Accurately develop Master Batch and Compound as per the customers specifications.

Conduct trials of different input raw material like Pigments, Additives and fillers etc & prepare the 

report on daily basis both for the input material & the output material.

Excellent knowledge & hands on experience of handling of laboratory test equipments & lab 

extruder. My prime job responsibilities are as follows :

Production planning & control as per the requirement from different customers.

Preparing work standards & work instructions for each machines & process.

Deployment of Manpower on different machines.

Wastage control & Manpower control.

Providing training to the operators & Supervisors.

Preparing daily production report extruders wise.

Preparing daily break down analysis report of the factory.

Providing corrective & preventive actions for any rejections 

Preparing quality reports on each products on daily basis.

Arranging the FG products in the store for different customers with proper traceability. 

Maintaining ISO related documents on need basis

Informing the purchase deptt from time to time to purchase the input RM as per the production order received from Sales deptt.

Managing Spare parts requirement for the production machineries, test equipments & the auxiliaries etc.

Recommend the Sr mgt from time to time for any developmental activities related to quality control , production & maintenance etc.

Prepare the MIS report on monthly basis.
